Warsaw- Capital of Poland
If you want to experience action, activity, fun and jubilant feelings at the same time, then the city of Warsaw is the perfect place for you. It is one of Europe's most amazing cities to visit. You don't believe me? Read more...
After experiencing vast destruction during the Second World War, the buildings in Warsaw have replaced ruined infrastructure and that has helped the city to re-establish itself as a cultural center of the country.
Lets go on a long ride to this amazing city. Get set and go....
Old Town
It is the heart of Warsaw and was founded in the late 12th century by the Dukes of Mazovia. The town was reconstructed after the Second World War. But despite the loss of its original ambiance, it has managed to restore the cultural treasures with all their charm. It offers a form of Hollywood resilience to the whole makeover that it has managed to achieve in the past so many years.
Their never-say-die spirit is very well reflected in the whole restoration process that the city has managed to achieve with brilliance. The Royal Castle, whose reconstruction task began in the year 1971, is perhaps the finest example of their winning attitude. Now the city offers plenty of restaurants and bars to serve the tourists and local people in the best possible way.
If you are eager to explore and know about the post war situation and reconstruction work, then the Warsaw Uprising Museum serves you a bleak, yet so refreshing experience that you will remember it for the rest of your life. It very well shows the struggle of the city against the invasion.
Wilanow Palace
The palace is amazingly pretty and beautiful. It was built for Jan III Sobieski, who was a king and was very famous for safeguarding Poland and Vienna from the severe attack of the Turks in the 16th century.
The castle offers a brilliant opportunity to witness lavish rooms and lots of trophies that the king brought back to Poland from the war. This amazing attraction involves some of the outstanding architectural tones to serve perfect eye tonic for travelers. It provides some interesting reviews into the lives of the “Ruling class” as well as amazing artwork. If your budget is constricting you to visit the place, then go on a Sunday, because it offers free admission to visitors
Gardens
There are so many beautiful and quiet gardens in Warsaw that are also worth a visit. On a ravishing day, they act as superb hangout places and offer a relaxing picnic away from the main tourist spots, destinations and buildings in Warsaw. You can run your wildest imagination in exploring these amazing gardens. One of the famous gardens is The Lazienki Park that offers an exclusive chance to have a walking tour of “The Palace on the Water bathhouse” which is situated on an artificial island that divides the two lakes of the park in an amazing way.
Guys, Ride is over! Now it is your turn to go and visit this amazing city in reality. |
