It is an era of post 9/11 incident. Anything can happen. One must always follow certain air travel tips. Here are some of them to ensure a healthy flying for all of you.
- Fly on Nonstop Routings
The fact is that a lot of accidents happen during the process of takeoff, climb, descent, or while the plane is in landing phase. Try taking those flights that fly on nonstop routings. By doing so, the process would reduce the circumstances of the plane being exposed to these kinds of accidents. - Choose Larger Aircraft
Recently, the planes that are geared up with thirty passenger seats or even more than that, went through the process of designing and went through some of the major regulations. The fact is that these days, the serious accidents are less prone to happen, and above all, larger aircrafts offer a better opportunity for passenger survival. - Pay Attention to the Preflight Briefing
You must have heard about these briefings a lot of times in your life, but the fact is that briefings and locations of the closest emergency exits can be altogether different from what you must have thought. It may often depend on the aircraft that you are booking for yourself and seat you are in. don't make assumptions before knowing the actual facts. - Don't overload the Overhead Storage Bin with Heavy Luggage
Overhead storage are not capable of storing heavy objects, specially in the case of any kind of turbulence. So if you think that you or some other person is facing serious problems in loading an article into the bin, then change your mind, and have it stored elsewhere. - Keep Your Seat Belt Fastened
You must have listen to this instruction every time you must have travelled in an aircraft. But do you really follow it? Make sure you do that as it provides that extra protection you might need if the aircraft goes through that unexpected turbulence. - Listen to your Pilot and the Flight Attendants
One of the main motto of the flight attendant is to ensure safety for all the passengers. So if they are requesting you to fasten your seat belts, follow their instructions first and then go for any question for them (if you have any.) - Never Take Any Hazardous Material With You
If you are a regular traveler, then you must be aware of the list of all the hazardous materials that are banned in the flight. But if you are not, then follow the instructions carefully. By the way, your common sense should make you aware of the fact that One shouldn't bring gasoline, corrosives, poisonous gases, and other such item. This can lead you in trouble. - Last, but not the least... Don't get indulged in any kind of drinking process. Moderation is a good policy at any altitude.
