A ravishing alpine village with a marvelous record of being covered with thick snow; Saas-Fee is a stunning village in Switzerland with a no-traffic zone, amazing coverage of towering peaks and sizzling blue glaciers.
 
It is situated at a height of 5,904 feet, surrounded by 13 beautiful and marvelous peaks of 13,000 feet or more. Snowcaps are a permanent site to watch, as is skiing on the Allalin. Saas-Fee also offers snow equipment on rent for the beginner slopes that are situated just below the village.

The village is a part of the central valley which is situated in the central part of Saas There are several adjacent villages like Saas-Balen, Grund, and Almagell but Saas Fee offers the best skiing experience for all kinds of enthusiasts.

Imagine that such a place exists where one can escape the hustle and bustle of city life, smoky environment of cars, traffic jams and pollution all together. In Saas Fee, the only crowd that you will find is drowsy eyed people, walking back to their hotels and motels, after doing the likable but tiresome activities of trekking and skiing. You have to park your car at the parking lot and from there the buses will take you to the nearest town. After reaching there, you have to take to the road to travel around.
